I check for sex of rabbits around 5 weeks old, occasionally mistakes
can be made. I do recheck Rabbits at 8 weeks old and at time of Sale. I am not obligated to refund or exchange a rabbit due
to wrong sex. However, I will consider it depending upon the time frame in
which it is brought to my attention.
I do not guarantee personality, successful reproduction,
fertility, or teeth(I do guarantee teeth malocclusion free for up to 4 month, you would receive a replacement). I will not
guarantee wins, or how a rabbit will place on the show table. I will however inform you of any disqualifications that rabbit
may have, that I am aware of. I also cannot guarantee what a Jr. will look like as a Sr.
Whether for Showing, Breeding, or just a simple Pet please keep in mind a Rabbit is a commitment of 8
to 10 year if properly cared for. If for some reason you are unable to keep your Rabbit, I urge you to please contact me to
see about setting up arrangements for the rabbit to come back here(space permitting). I will relocate it. These rabbits are
my babies, and have been handled by me since birth. I don't want to see any of my rabbits in shelter or homeless, so I
will take them back. I ask that the Rabbit be returned in his/her cage due to I MUST
quarantine it. And once rabbit has been relocated, I can return cage, or attempt to sell with the Rabbit.
